Delivery Parameters
All system architectures, custom logic representations, conversion layouts, and digital scripts created by us remain the proprietary property of Cloverdale Strategic Advisors, LLC. Active clients are granted a non-transferable operational license during their verified billing periods.
Liability Limitations
Cloverdale Strategic Advisors, LLC designs state-of-the-art client acquisition technology. Final lead and dollar values are subject to local marketplace parameters, medical specialization demands, and client-side conversion processes. We assume zero corporate liability for general network latency, Meta platform ad account structural pauses, or incidental practice disruptions arising from automated text communication pathways.
Jurisdictional Mandate
These terms are structured, evaluated, and enforced under the explicit statutory rules of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute requiring legal resolution must be addressed entirely in the judicial courts of Sheridan, WY.
